End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance

By accepting this EULA during installation, or by installing or using RUVODEK, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use RUVODEK.

2. License grant

Subject to this EULA, PaperTape grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use RUVODEK for your own personal or business use. The license is non-transferable except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

One paid RUVODEK license may be activated on up to 3 PCs at the same time. You may deactivate an existing activation and activate RUVODEK on a replacement PC.

3. Trial

RUVODEK may be evaluated as a fully featured 14-day Trial. The Trial period begins when the first online Trial activation is successfully completed.

The Trial is provided for evaluation before purchase and is subject to RUVODEK’s activation system and applicable technical requirements.

4. Activation and offline use

An internet connection is required for the first Trial or Paid activation. After successful activation, RUVODEK may be used offline in accordance with the applicable Trial or Paid entitlement.

You may not attempt to bypass, reset, tamper with, or defeat RUVODEK’s licensing or activation mechanisms.

5. Updates

Customers who purchase RUVODEK 1.0 are entitled to RUVODEK 1.x updates at no additional charge.

This does not create an obligation for PaperTape to provide any particular feature, update, future major version, or upgrade beyond the RUVODEK 1.x product line.

6. Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

• copy, distribute, publish, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer RUVODEK or your license to another person or entity;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from RUVODEK;
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, licensing, or proprietary notices;
• use RUVODEK or its activation system to facilitate unauthorized access, piracy, or license circumvention.

You may keep reasonable backup copies solely for your own lawful use.

7. Ownership

RUVODEK is licensed, not sold. PaperTape retains all right, title, and interest in RUVODEK, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and other intellectual property, except for third-party components owned by their respective licensors.

8. Third-party components

RUVODEK may include third-party software or components subject to separate license terms. Those terms are provided in the applicable third-party notices distributed with RUVODEK.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RUVODEK is provided “as is” and “as available.” PaperTape does not guarantee that the software will operate without interruption or error in every hardware, driver, or system configuration.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PaperTape will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from the use of or inability to use RUVODEK.

Where liability cannot be excluded, PaperTape’s total liability relating to RUVODEK will be limited to the amount you paid for the applicable RUVODEK license, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Termination

This license terminates if you materially breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using RUVODEK and remove copies in your possession or control, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Purchases and refunds

RUVODEK purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as PaperTape’s merchant-of-record provider. Payment, tax, and refund processing may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer terms.

PaperTape’s refund commitment is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in this EULA limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

13. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country or region.

14. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
